The founders of Hope Rescue are Tim and Kimberly Scott. Using their platform and story of their blended family of 9 to inspire and encourage has given them great compassion for the broken and an intense appreciation of God’s grace. Tim has pastored for 45 years and Kimberly has been in women’s ministry for 27 years. Their journey through loss, failure and redemption will inspire you to believe that God can work in your life, and no one has gone too far for His grace.
Tim has pastored 3 churches over the past 40 years and has spent much of his ministry counseling individuals helping to resolve life’s issues with biblical truth. He has a strong desire to reach hurting and broken people with hope and transformation. Tim and his wife Kimberly have a blended family of 7 children and 6 grandchildren. They live in San Diego County and together run Hope Rescue. He has his Ph.D. in Theology and enjoys hobbies such as writing books, developing leadership tools and binge-watching Netflix.
Kimberly has a full life as a pastor's wife, mom of seven and grandma to six. She loves family first, laughter, coffee, home design and helping women find their unique purpose in Christ. She and her husband Tim have a powerful story of redemption and decades of experience in ministry leading to their recent launch of Hope Rescue created for the outcast, hurting and folks just needing practical advice and encouragement. She also serves on Leading and Loving It ministry team equipping women in leadership around the globe.
